Chef Louis Ciola III

Chef Louis Ciola III, a third-generation chef and graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, grew up in the kitchen, learning the craft of Italian cooking at his father’s side. 
Inspired by the family heritage and a desire to continue sharing the flavors that made Ciola’s legendary, Cousin Louie’s features handmade pastas and signature dishes. The restaurant is more than a place to dine—it’s a tribute to family's heritage.
